TAMIU Gets SAA Top 30% Best Value University Ranking for International Students

Ranking from SAA

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) has been ranked in the Top 30% in the World as a Best Value University for International Students by Study Abroad Aide (SAA), a comprehensive database of universities worldwide.

The ranking evaluated 8,060 higher education institutions across 69 countries, selecting those institutions that, according to evaluators, “stand out globally for providing a great mix of high-quality education and affordability.”

SAA aims to encourage more international students by offering them affordable options abroad without compromising the quality of their education. The World Rankings for Best Value Universities for International Students is a helpful tool for potential students researching an excellent academic experience at a fair price.

TAMIU president Dr. Pablo Arenaz said the ranking affirms TAMIU’s international identity.

“International is in our name and in the experience we provide in welcoming all students.  This helps make us exceptional, in addition to accessible and affordable.  We’re honored to have this key element of the TAMIU experience recognized,” Dr. Arenaz said.

SAA researchers annually release rankings to guide aspiring international students in choosing their next educational destination.  This year’s World Rankings for Best Value Universities were focused on addressing the practical needs of international students, giving them a chance to study abroad at a reduced cost.
