Camps and Programs for Minors

 

The following documentation is needed for ALL camps and programs which include minors in the program; the time of year is irrelevant. If you are unsure if this paperwork applies to your camp or program please call and speak with Kimberly Martin del Campo, Director of Continuing Education.

Documentation to Submit

Summer programs must submit documentation as follows:

All Summer CPM Registrations opens March 1st.

**Non Summer Programs must submit paperwork at least two weeks prior to the event.**

Documentation for Employees, Service Contract, Independent Contract and Volunteers

Refer to CPM Worker Status Form for checklist of documents.

Registration Assistance

All CPMS hosted by TAMIU must use TAMIU registration system, Marketplace payment or cash/check payments at Office of Continuing Education.

If you require additional documentation or forms, we can post them on the www.tamiu.edu/college4kids site, and/or on the Marketplace payment site. You can review an example of Marketplace Registration here.

CE will be linking summer camps and programs to the TAMIU website (www.tamiu.edu/college4kids). If you have a non-summer program we can also assist. Call the office for further information.

Continuing Education can and will offer the following additional services upon written request:

  • Assistance day of Registration
    • Ensuring all students turn in paperwork.
  • Provide report of funds collected
  • Provide report of registrants with contact information for future reference

Third Party Camps and Programs

All Third Party Camps and Programs with Minors must meet with Continuing Education to discuss responsibilities of Third Party Camp or Program. Please make appointment to meet with Kimberly Martin del Campo, Director of Continuing Education.

  • Must have signed Third Party Contract returned to the Office of Continuing Education, and all other pertinent paperwork.
