Welcome

Texas A&M International University offers both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree. While the undergraduate degree prepares students with the rudimentary skills necessary to seek employment in the criminal justice system and/or in various social service agencies, the graduate degree sharpens students’ critical understanding of the justice system. The graduate degree also aides in preparing students who seek administrative positions in the field of criminal justice as well as prepares students for further studies in higher education.

The Criminal Justice Program has become one of the largest disciplines at Texas A&M International. Faculty and staff are dedicated to students’ education goals and committed to providing students with the best education possible.

We hope that the Criminal Justice Program is able to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for your future goals.

We welcome you to our program!

Sincerely,

Claudia E. San Miguel, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
Director of Criminal Justice Program
