Notably, the dropoff to the east of the RLC and Tennis Complex that forms the eastern edge of development currently, and separates the campus from the eastern portion of undeveloped property presents the primary natural physical site challenge. The campus is framed by two main drainage challenge that flow southeast and into to Lake Casa Blanca. The southern channel also contains designated FEMA 100-year floodplain which overlaps the south loop road and several parking facilities. contours
