Unarmed Self-Defense and Combative Laboratory
Two semester hours.
Practical physical fitness and individual training in unarmed self-defense and combative techniques. Classes consist of aerobic, flexibility and strength training as well as technical and self-defense capability of the students. The laboratory stresses confidence, discipline and physical fitness. May be repeated for credit. Prerequisite/corequisite: Taken concurrently with any appropriate Military Science class or approval of Military Science Department. Lab fee: $10.00.
