This course will study motor carriers and rail from several perspectives, such as the role of government in infrastructure development and regulation, industry characteristics, operations, rates and the uniqueness of interstate carriage in North America. Intermodalism, appropriate documentation, and the role of intermediaries will also be covered. Prerequisite: TIL 5310. |
