Advanced Pharmacology I
Two semester hours.
This is part I of a course focused on clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics with emphasis on major drug classes related to the cardiovascular, immune, neurologic and renal systems. Special emphasis is placed on drugs and drug classes used to treat problems commonly encountered in primary care. Prerequisites: NURS 5320 or permission of faculty. Corequisite: NURS 5230.
