Application deadline for Fall Sub Term I accelerated graduate programs. |

Document deadline for Fall Sub Term I accelerated graduate programs. |

Registration deadline for Fall Sub Term I accelerated graduate programs. |
| August 22: |
All Tuition and Fees due for Fall 2025 and Fall Sub Term I. A $100 Late Fee will be assessed to students registering and/or paying after this date. |

Fall 2025 & Fall Sub Term I -- First Class Day. |
September 2025
| September 30: |
Fall 2025 graduation application and payment deadline. A $100 Late Fee will be assessed to students registering and/or paying after this date. |
October 2025

Last Day to drop a course or withdraw from Fall Sub Term I. |
| October 6: |
Application deadline for Fall Sub Term II accelerated graduate programs. |
| October 13: |
Document deadline for Fall Sub Term II accelerated graduate programs. |

Registration deadline for Fall Sub Term II accelerated graduate programs. |

Fall 2025 Comprehensive Examinations 9 AM - 1 PM at the Testing Center in Zaffirini Student Success Center 201. Register with your department chair. |
| November 3: |
Registration opens for Wintermester and Spring 2026. Please visit http://www.tamiu.edu/registrar/registration.shtml for assigned registration dates. |
| November 20: |
Fall 2025 Last Day to drop a course or withdraw from the University. |
| November 21: |
Thesis/Dissertation due to the College Dean's Office for Fall 2025 graduation candidates. |
| November 27-29: |
Thanksgiving Holidays; University closed. |
December 2025

Fall 2025 Thesis/Dissertation Proposal Due to the College Dean's Office. |
| December 3: |
Thesis/Dissertation Final Formatting Revisions Due for Fall 2025 graduation candidates. |

Last day to drop a course or withdraw from Fall Sub Term II. |
