Advanced Pharmacology II
Two semester hours.
This is part II of a course focused on clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics with emphasis on major drug classes related to the endocrine, gastrointestinal, hematologic, hepatobiliary, lymphatic, reproductive and respiratory systems. Special emphasis is placed on drugs and drug classes used to treat problems commonly encountered in primary care. Prerequisite: NURS 5232. Corequisite: NURS 5231.
