The full schedule for the Fall Semester 2001 at Texas A&M International University is making its way to area households as part of a direct mail tabloid produced by the University.

In addition to course schedules, the 20-page full color publication also includes a calendar, registration instructions, program profiles, news about new offerings, comparative costs at other institutions and a special color section featuring University students.

Minita Ramirez, executive director of enrollment management, said the direct mail program is now in its sixth year and offers a convenient way for area residents to receive information about the University.

"We've found that this a very effective way of getting news and information to our students, their families and potential students. It's distributed throughout our growing service area and has proven a popular way for students and potential students to find out what's new at the University," Ramirez said.

Additional copies of the tabloid will be available at the University.
