Academic Dishonesty
To report a student for academic dishonest behavior, please visit the Academic Dishonesty Form. To learn about the academic conduct process, please visit the TAMIU Student Handbook or contact the University Student Conduct Officer at 956.326.2284 in Student Center 226.
Behavioral Assessment and Intervention
To refer a student who is experiencing a crisis, displaying odd behavior or engaging in other behaviors that may be perceived as being harmful, please complete the Behavioral Assessment and Intervention (BAIT) Form or contact the University Case Manager at 956.326.2248 in Student Center 226.
Student Conduct
If you wish to report a Student Code of Conduct violation, please use the Student Conduct Form to submit your concern. To learn about the process, please visit the TAMIU Student Handbook or contact the Director of SCCE at 956.326.2265 in Student Center 226.
Title IX
To report a sex or gender-based discrimination, harassment, or violence, please submit TIX Complaint Form. To learn about Title IX, please visit the Title IX website, contact the Compliance Office at 956.326.2857, or visit Killam Library 159.
Academic Early Alert
If you are a faculty/staff member submitting a concern involving a student's academic progress or attendance matters, please complete the Academic Early Alert Form. For undergraduate and graduate students, contact Astrid Hernandez at 956.326.3132, or visit Zaffirini Success Center 222K.
Housing and Residence Life
For violations of the Housing Rules and Community Standards, complete the Housing and Residence Life Form. If you have any questions about this report, please contact the Director of Housing and Residence Life at housing@tamiu.edu or 956.326.1300.
General University Complaint
If you wish to report a general university concern, please complete the General University Complaint Form or contact the Director of SCCE at 956.326.2265 in Student Center 226.
Identity Theft Prevention

EthicsPoint: Reporting Risk, Fraud, and Misconduct
