UT Law School Dean Visits A&M International Campus Thursday

Students and community members interested in attending law school are invited to meet the University of Texas Law School dean, William C. Powers, during a visit to Texas A&M International University Thursday, Feb.7 from 10 11 a.m.

Dean Powers will make a presentation about law education and answer questions from the audience.

Virginia Garcia, director of career services at A&M International, said the event is free and that everyone interested in legal education is encouraged to attend.

"This will be a perfect opportunity to ask Dean Powers about the law school admission process, the future of the legal profession or any question participants may have," Garcia said, "Many law school deans do not make these types of visits and we will be fortunate to have him with us."
