Office Hours

All students seeking medical attention are asked to schedule an appointment prior to arriving at student health. To schedule an appointment or speak with a member of our healthcare staff, please call 956.326.2235.

On campus, face coverings are optional. However, you may be asked to wear a face mask within the clinic if you are presenting with any concerning symptom that may be associated with a contagious condition such as fever, rash, runny nose, cough or flu-like symptoms, you have been exposed to someone with an infectious condition within the past 5 days or if you at a higher risk of severe complications with an infection. *Face masks are available at the Student Health Services lobby.

Wednesday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 12 noon

Registered Nurse Schedule

Registered Nurses can take care of many of your health needs. Nurses are available during our regular office hours.

Vaccine and TB Test Appointments

TB tests are available for eligible students at a cost of $15. TB tests are administered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.

Be advised that once TB test is administered, you will be required to return to Student Health Services in 48 hours to obtain results. If you fail to return for results, you will be required to repeat TB test.

Doctor Appointments

Tuesday 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday (during Fall and Spring semester, only) 3:30 p.m.
Thursday 3:30 p.m.

If you do not have an appointment, please call 956.326.2235 to schedule and appointment or speak with a healthcare team member. All students will be screened by a Registered Nurse prior to appointment with doctor.

Women's Nurse Practitioner Appointments

Wednesday 8:30 - 4:30 p.m.
