Appointments should be requested at least 48 hours (two working days) in advance to allow time for materials to be retrieved.
For Aug-Nov 2023, research time is available
Mon-Thurs 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m./Fri 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

To best ensure confirmation for a preferred time slot, please get in touch with us as far in advance as possible.
Visitors, please note the following:
- Visitors must have a confirmed appointment to use materials.
- Visitor appointments are for a designated date and time.
- Visitors are required to observe safe handling procedures of all collection materials.
- Before the visit, the researcher is subject to a ReSEARCH Interview to facilitate efficient use of on-site research time.

Please note the following guidelines are in effect in the Archive
- A maximum of two visitors are allowed per research team time slot.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the reading room.
The Archives Reading Room will have abbreviated hours Dec 2023: Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Archives Reading Room will be closed from Dec 22- Jan 1.
